Randall’s experience spans over three decades of advising and facilitating complex outsourcing, technology transactions and intellectual property matters.  
 

Randall practiced law in major law firms, including those in the AM Law 100 and AM Law 200 such as Polsinelli, ArentFox Schiff and Arnold & Porter. He did in-house secondments and consulting projects for multinational companies, financial institutions and organizations, including the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.  
 

Randall represented and advised startups, Fortune 500 companies, and multinational corporations in many industries, including consumer products, health care, pharmaceutical, wellness, education, travel, energy, fintech, and technology. He helped clients navigate through all stages of complex IT transactions, from requests for proposals through execution and implementation. He regularly advises on, negotiates, and drafts master software and data licenses and distribution agreements, SaaS Agreements, subscription agreements, professional services and consulting agreements, market data agreements and website terms. Randall also advises on information technology and intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
 

Randall co-authored several legal articles in the areas of IT and outsourcing. He traveled extensively to over 50 countries and authored a travel article for Money Magazine.
